Delivery Times
Orders ship within 5-7 business days of receiving your order. However, since we do not control what happens while your order is in transit, we cannot guarantee delivery times.

We take extra care to ensure your order is packaged discreetly with any information about the contents packed inside. If you have any concerns, reach out to our team and we'd be happy to assist.

Taxes & Duties
We are not responsible for covering duties and charges that may be incurred in the shipping process. Pro tip: familiarize yourself with the duty-related charges that may be applicable in your area so there are no surprises!

Lost or Stolen Packages
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If the carrier is unable to deliver, please contact them to arrange pickup or delivery. If your package is stolen, please contact the carrier to file a claim.

Wrong Address at Checkout
We are not responsible for packages shipped to the incorrect address entered by the customer. If you realize that you have entered the wrong address and the package has already left our shipping centre, we suggest contacting your local postal carrier office to track it down. We cannot re-ship any order due to an incorrect address entry.

Returns & Exchanges
Due to the nature of GEAR Premium® products, we do not accept order refunds, returns, cancellations, or exchanges except in the unlikely event that the product arrives at your door in a faulty or defective state.

Order Adjustments
We do not accept price adjustments or order modifications once the order has been confirmed. We can accept returns for damaged or defective products at the discretion of GEAR Premium®. Please email these requests to info@getgear.ca.

Retailer Warranty Policy
Products purchased through licensed retailers are subject to the return and exchange policy of the retailer, not GEAR Premium® or our exclusive distributor West Coast Gifts.
