RETURNS & SHIPPING

  • Because of the nature of this product, we do not accept order refunds, returns, cancellations, or exchanges unless the product is faulty or defective. We do not offer price adjustments; we can accept returns for damaged or defective goods only. Please email these to info@getgear.ca

  • All orders ship within 5-7 business days of receiving orders, we cannot guarantee delivery times.

    The customer is responsible for covering any duties charges that may be incurred in the shipping process.

    We are not responsible for last, stolen, or packages shipped to the wrong address. At checkout, please be sure to use the correct shipping address. If USPS/Canada Post/Canpar is unable to deliver, please contact them to arrange to pick up or delivery. If the package is stolen, please contact the carrier to file a claim.

    We are not responsible for packages shipped to the incorrect address entered by the customer. If address entered is incorrect and the package has left our facility, it is suggested to contact your local USPS/Canada Post/Canpar office to locate. We will not re-ship an order due to an incorrect address entered by the customer.
